Hello, I'm Jason Dardis, For 22 years I honed my skills as a commercial architect learning to put myself and my team in the shoes of my clients to provide innovative solutions that align with their values and workplace goals. These experiences led to successful relationships with Google, Facebook, F5 Networks, and Honeywell, resulting in some of the most fulfilling and exciting work of my career as an architect. In 2015 one of my favorite clients, F5 asked me to join them to use my strengths in project management to help manage their real estate around the globe. I have always been passionate about the speed, innovation, and culture of tech companies, so, I joined F5 and have not looked back since! For over 8 years, I have truly enjoyed using my architecture skills and project management strengths to serve our F5ers and better our culture through workspace innovations while maximizing value through optimization of our real estate. I'm currently acting as the Director of International Real Estate and Global Workspace Solutions. I manage F5's global office portfolio and set strategy for developing the standards for our workspaces and have a strong commitment to ensure our global workplaces are aligned with F5's culture of human first and high performance to improve the employee experience through collaboration, continuous improvement and a passion for great customer service. I write proposals, negotiate contracts, provide contract administration and lead project presentations.
