I witnessed firsthand how operating with a sense of Purpose and Meaning can energize teams, unlock creativity and growth, and contribute to a better community. And when applied to my work as a marketer of national brands, it fuelled award-winning work and industry acclaim.(Strategy Magazine’s Marketer of the Year 2015, Marketing Magazine’s Marketer of the Year 2014). After 25 years, and at the peak of my career, I left it all behind to become a Life Coach (CPCC - Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). Now I help people discover their potential, improve their emotional wellbeing, productivity, and relationships. I become a co-collaborator for your happier life. I work with seasoned veterans and rookies across business and creative fields – marketing, advertising, broadcasting, and the arts. When not coaching, I stay active year-round as an avid hiker, cyclist, runner and skier. I reside on the west side of Toronto, on the Humber River Ravine, with my partner—Mark.
