About Jason Hoet

I am a person actively committed to empowering faith communities to be Jesus’ good news to His world. Over 22 years I have worked within church communities and “para-church” organisations. I have worked hard to build capacity within faith communities through vision, opportunities, leadership development, team and governance development. I am demonstrably committed to local church and the bringing together of church communities for the sake of mission. Core strengths include: • Communication skills: clear oral and written communication; • Organisation Oversight: ability to develop purpose, vision, values, governance and strategy for ministry effectiveness; • Strategic visionary: analytical ability bringing together ministry theory, contexts and resources and see in faith what opportunities may be possible; • Support & Development: An educator and developer of leaders through example, opportunity, teaching, resources, training trainers, mentoring; • Mission practice: practitioner and implementer of mission in a range of contemporary contexts; • Activator: a person with the initiative, skills and drive to make an opportunity a reality; • Restorative: a solution orientated mindset to challenges.
