About Jason Kadlec

I’m Jason Kadlec — entrepreneur, real estate professional, and creator of Teddy’s Friends®, a children’s brand built on the idea that “not all monsters are what they seem.” My career has spanned luxury real estate with Christie’s International and The Agency, where I’ve specialized in high-end residential sales across Beverly Hills, Manhattan, and Westchester. At the same time, I’ve built a mission-driven creative company and non-profit dedicated to inspiring and empowering kids. Through Teddy’s Friends, LLC, I develop animated stories, podcasts, and coaching programs that teach kids emotional intelligence, kindness, and resilience. And through the Teddy’s Friends Foundation, Inc, we provide teddy bears, laptops, and educational programs to children in need worldwide. My goal is to blend business, creativity, and philanthropy — making a positive impact on kids, families, and communities through laughter, storytelling, and transformation.
