I’m a real estate specialist and development consultant based in Park City, Utah, with a strong background in commercial and residential real estate, small business ownership, and public service. Raised in Park City, I grew up watching this community evolve — and I’ve been deeply involved in shaping it, both professionally and personally. My early career combined entrepreneurship and community building, founding and operating The Corner Store Pub & Grill, a local landmark at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Managing a successful restaurant and mini-market for over two decades taught me the importance of operational excellence, strategic planning, and cultivating long-lasting relationships. I later expanded into real estate, development consulting, and public service. I served a full term on the Park City Council, where I focused on housing policy, land use, and long-term community planning, navigating complex political and development landscapes. In real estate, I specialize in luxury residential sales, resort and workforce housing consulting, and commercial development. My experience includes everything from helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential market to managing large-scale development negotiations, entitlements, annexations, and strategic partnerships. I have negotiated with major ski corporations, facilitated affordable housing projects, and worked with investors and business owners to secure successful outcomes. Today, I work with Christie's International Real Estate Park City, leading a team focused on providing personalized service and strategic insight to buyers, sellers, developers, and investors. I also continue to consult on complex land and development projects across Summit and Wasatch Counties. Beyond work, my life is rooted in family, adventure, and giving back. My wife and I are raising two incredible kids, embracing travel, skiing, biking, and exploring together. Balancing business ownership, civic involvement, and family life has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the value of building strong, supportive communities. I believe that real success comes from combining expertise with authenticity — and I bring both to every project, client relationship, and community I serve.
