About Jason P.

As a Senior Program Manager, I lead systems engineering, program management, and cross-functional collaboration in support of multi-domain operations (MDO). My work focuses on enhancing mission-critical systems, building & optimizing network architectures, as well as ensuring seamless systems integration for defense initiatives. Currently, I support the C5ISR DEVCOM MDO Live Team, advancing communication, coordination, and operational readiness for the warfighter. Prior to this role, I played a key part in modernizing the Army’s Integrated Tactical Network (ITN), leading engineering efforts, system integration, and training initiatives to enhance warfighter connectivity and tactical agility. I have extensive experience in network design, network administration, tactical communications, MANET (Mobile Ad-Hoc Network) radio waveforms, and secure communications systems, with a deep understanding of P25, SINCGARS, Trellisware, Harris, Thales, Persistent Systems, and Silvus radio technologies. My work has also included designing resilient network architectures, integrating emerging battlefield technologies to include but not limited to small and medium-sized unmanned aerial platforms, stratospheric micro high altitude balloons (mHAB), persistant aerostats, as well as providing technical leadership in high-stakes environments to ensure seamless operations in contested and austere conditions. Passionate about technology-driven solutions and mission success, I thrive in roles that bridge the gap between engineering, leadership, and national defense priorities. Whether leading projects, optimizing systems, or mentoring teams, my goal remains the same: enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring mission readiness.
