People are what I know. Being in face to face customer service for the last 16 years has developed skills that make not only for a smoother business operation but also for exceeded customer satisfaction. Adaptive communication is the key to my success. Every customer whether it be internal(employees) or external, deserve a diverse level of communication. This world and community are filled with people from all different walks of life, ages, sex and backgrounds. Everyone deserves an equally diverse conversation, communication and listening skills. Listening and earning trust of the customers is what develops personal integrity. Integrity is why someone would do what you ask or recommend within minutes of meeting you. Reputations and Relationships are my personal business card and maintaining positivity with both creates a welcoming environment for all customers whether internal or external to come forward with the problem or situation which allows for treatment. God blessed me with a gift of being able to connect with people and I know the best place to use it is serving the public and my community. I have been in the Motorcycle Industry for 13 years and managed a few different teams/departments. My success has always come from my positive attitude and relationships with everyone around me. I have been around the Fire Department my whole life have 2 uncles on the Fire Department. After 10 years of being an EMT, attending Fire Academies, and receiving my National Registry Paramedic last year.I know the next step in my life belongs on a Fire Department, where I can share my skills and knowledge with my community and my department. I have Volunteered for local Arizona departments for 7 years but I know it will pay the bills soon. The Family aspect, schedule, the retirement, the union, the promotional opportunities and much more are the attraction to this dream. Life is about learning your strengths and then knowing where to use them.
