As a dedicated and passionate District Coordination Associate at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for the Green Climate Change Project, I am committed to driving sustainable development initiatives and fostering resilience against climate change. With a focus on the Green Climate Change Project, I work closely with local communities, government agencies, and international stakeholders to implement strategies that mitigate environmental impacts, fostering sustainable development, climate resilience, and improving livelihoods. I have over 8 years of senior management experience in both nonprofit and profit organizations, where I have developed core strengths in people development, relationship management, and change management. I am passionate about creating best-in-class practices and driving organizational strategy toward set targets. I am a focused problem-solver who takes initiative and has a sense of positive urgency. I hold a Post Graduate degree in Master of Social Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master of Technology in High Voltage and Power Systems from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. I also have multiple certifications and training courses in relevant topics, such as mental well-being, Covid19 operational planning, and V-Force leadership.
