About Jay Adinata

This Visual Communication Design graduate from the PETRA Christian University in Surabaya has always been interested in things related to creativity. He started his professional experience by joining a corporate event organizer at Surabaya as a Creative Event Consultant in 2008 for 2 years. Creating and organizing lots of local companies'​ events to achieve their business goals has made him learn a lot about the importance of creativity in building business relevance. He has acquired new insights, understanding and challenges to continuously be a creative thinker. Jay believes that the creative world is unique, challenging and dynamic because there will always be something new in the field. He always encourages himself to learn all things related to his surroundings, and enjoys sharing / discussing his knowledge and experience with others; because sharing and discussing means learning as well. That's why he also did a stint as a teacher in the Communication Faculty at Petra Christian University, regularly speaking about the Integrated Marketing Communication subject. Once the Business Development Manager of WIR Group for Surabaya area, and experienced in R-Cubed Digital Agency as its Project Director, he had the responsibility of developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and ensuring that all projects are run properly, and all the while ensuring consistent communications with clients to keep the client appraised of all work progress. With the growth of digital and social media, Jay and the team believe that creativity becomes one of the most important capabilities to balance online and offline marketing activities. Since 2014, he decided to be a full time entrepreneur that is specialized in branding, IT, and financial consultant. He is now leading 3 companies and on its way to hit the market with its best and applicable solutions.
