My interests extend to the development of food and nutrition programs, as well as policy work in the realm of public health. My ultimate goal is to make a meaningful impact in the field of nutrition and community health, particularly in enhancing food access and culturally tailored nutrition education resources for diverse populations, thereby combatting food insecurity and reducing health disparities. Furthermore, I'm dedicated to providing nutrition education to diverse families and their children, utilizing age-appropriate and culturally sensitive health education materials to proactively prevent chronic diseases. My community involvement is deep-rooted and essential to my mission. My topic interests are extensive, spanning Asian health and its relation to diabetes, tackling food insecurity, promoting nutrition security and food justice, exploring medically tailored meals, addressing child nutrition and childhood obesity, challenging the toxic food environment, addressing health disparities, advocating for nutrition education, influencing public health nutrition policies, and even exploring the intersection of nutrition and entrepreneurship.
