With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a customer-focused and solutions-oriented pre-sales architect who helps customers strategize, design, and implement innovative and technically sophisticated enterprise software and SaaS solutions. My mission is to enable customers to achieve their business goals and optimize their communication and collaboration capabilities with cloud voice solutions. As a pre-sales solutions architect at AudioCodes, I specialized in AT & T Cloud Voice Direct Routing as a Service with analog and PBX integration. I interacted with enterprises, SLED, and SMBs to gather requirements and develop customized solutions. I also delivered workshops, developed internal solutions, and provided technology verification and new solutions for partners and direct customers domestically and globally. I have a strong background in Microsoft and Cisco products, VoiceAI, VOCA, and OVOC, and I hold multiple certifications, including MCSE and CCNA. I am passionate about creating a video-first culture and driving customer IT transformation.
