I am currently a Learning Specialist Lead, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, I also serve as a course champion and subject matter expert for several ADP solutions. Since joining ADP in 1998, I have held a number of positions in Major Account Services Implementation and Enterprise Learning. Educated at both Minneapolis Community and Technical College and the University of Minnesota, I have a degree in computer programming and am also a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+). In addition to delivering course content I act as a technical support liaison for client and associate trainers. The most rewarding part of my job is to promote the growth and development of Learning Specialists and help them realize their potential as trainers.
