About Jay Howell

I am first and foremost someone who is interested in personal growth, knowledge, and experiencing as many things as possible in this thing called life. I graduated from LSU Dental School in 2007, and started my career as an associate in Ruston at Peachtree Dental. I became partner after a year or so. Together with Dr. Jesse Roberts we have had continued growth and we feel impacted many patients and employees life's. From a one office practice in 2008 with about 10 employees and annual revenues of 2.7 million, we have grown to 5 offices with roughly 75 employees with revenues exceeding 10 million. We feel we have combined a systemic approach to dentistry using a business model that focuses on understanding our patients need from an oral health standpoint but realizing they are also people and consumers with different experiences and circumstances. We try to empower our patients with all of the necessary information to make sound decisions regarding there specific situation and help to facilitate with as little friction as possible their desired outcomes.
