With over eight years in global HR operations in areas such as recruitment & data management, compensation and benefits, my mission is to streamline HR processes and enhance system functionalities within QBE Group Shared Services Centre. My expertise in Workday and shared services is pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.In my current role as a Local Administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, my focus is on configuring and optimizing the platform to bolster financial planning. This complements my contribution as a People Service Delivery Partner, where I lead Workday change requests and coach teams across Asia. My efforts are dedicated to refining HR service delivery, enhancing reporting accuracy, and implementing strategic HR projects to elevate efficiency and informed decision-making.
