I am a litigator with two decades of experience representing clients in a wide range of high profile court cases, investigations, and early case assessments aimed to efficiently resolve disputes before litigation is necessary. When litigation is the best course of action, I have advised clients on their strategic options, including litigation finance where appropriate. I have successfully managed e-discovery projects and investigations at scales ranging from individual employee lawsuits to multinational, cross-border disputes involving years of alleged institutional misconduct and tens of millions of documents. Over the course of my career, I have developed expertise in the constantly evolving landscape of data management and analysis. Working with clients to develop solutions specifically tailored to address their unique business and regulatory needs, I have collaborated in the development of numerous bespoke data science and document review tools. I also have extensive experience advising not-for-profit organizations, particularly arts organizations.
