Leading and motivating people is essential to driving a project forward to completion, as well as the ability to influence decision makers at all levels of a local authority and associated infrastructure. I possess the hallmarks of integrity to the core values of social care, which is a key factor at every milestone of a project, whether that is making savings or implementing new processes that encourage efficiency and value for money.
