About Jayson Koroll

Jayson has over 10 years of experience manufacturing heavy industrial equipment in Saskatchewan as a Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Engineer-Production Technology and Maintenance and Facilities Manager. Jayson’s experience includes manufacturing of a wide range of equipment including wind turbines, structural steel, potash pump boxes, pressure vessels, pressure piping, cryogenic liquid containment, International container transportation, piping and instrumentation, pump boxes, gas turbines, steam turbines, control valves, abrasive wear hoppers and hoisting sheaves. Additionally Jayson has worked with a wide range of manufacturing equipment including many types of welders, robotics, plasma and gas cutting tables, mechanical beveling, plate bending rolls, brake presses, iron workers, cranes, material handling equipment, abrasive air blasting, plural component paint pumps, CNC mills and lathes, grinding equipment, stress relieving furnaces and nitriding oven. On the facility side Jayson has worked with equipment including compressed air systems, electrical power supply systems, HVAC systems, building HVAC control system, radiant heaters, building security systems, central fire system and fire suppression sprinkler system. Finally Jayson has completed structural design of jigs and fixtures, reviewed structural design of pressure vessels, completed thermodynamic design of ovens, and has extensively used non-destructive testing methods, destructive testing methods, and metallurgical lab equipment. Jayson’s experience combined with strong technical and problem solving skills, project management experience, natural leadership, high moral standard, and welcoming personality make him a valuable contributor in many roles.
