About Jazmine Larocque-Bashforth

At Iron & Earth, I lead and support various initiatives to promote communities to approach the renewable energy sectors. As a Community Sustainability Manager, I collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and community organizations to develop and deliver training programs, advocacy campaigns, and policy recommendations that align with our vision of a low-carbon future. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from The King's University and multiple certifications in environmental management, such as, Standard First Aid, CPR and AED, and Jasper National Park Basic Fire Training. I have worked in diverse settings, such as provincial and national parks, pulp and paper mills, coal and oil and gas projects, and non-government organizations. I have a strong background in environmental monitoring, regulatory compliance, and waste treatment. I am passionate about preserving the environment and advancing sustainable development, and I strive to inspire and mentor others to join me in this mission. I also love to network and learn from different perspectives and experiences.
