About Jc Pasco

With a strong foundation in psychological research, I am passionate about understanding how social systems impact wellbeing and opportunity. My work explores the intersection of perceived support, work flexibility, and mental health outcomes, particularly among vulnerable populations. With a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology, and a minor in Sociology, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my work, combining academic knowledge with real-world experience. I have over three years of experience in child and youth care and five years in customer service, which have strengthened my interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to creating positive, empowering environments. I am skilled in statistical analyses (ANOVA, regression, moderation models) and psychological scale development, and I aim to contribute evidence-based solutions that enhance organizational policies and social support systems. I am also looking forward to my future in Master of Social Work program, where I hope to bridge the gap between research and practice, ensuring that my work makes a meaningful impact at both individual and community levels.
