As Managing Director of Champagne CARBON, i am dedicated to develop the whole business strategy and managing the team. This position encompasses a wide set of skills and activities: 1) Business developments: sales and management of 40+ importers all around the world 2) Global partnerships: negotiation of agreement and then taking care of our strategic partners (Bugatti and other brands, formerly Formula 1) and building brand awareness by creating unique events 3) Accounting and Finance: financial daily management, forecasts, payment of suppliers, cash management 4) Purchases: negotiation with our suppliers when we buy carbon fiber or marketing accessories 5) Marketing: Budget forecasts and allocation to importers. Project management of new cuvées (from production to marketing and story telling) 6) R&D and innovation: our unique position in the champagne world requires innovation and capacity to create new blue oceans Also CEO of Wine Ambassadors and champagne Pol Couronne I created 2 companies that have grown internationally thanks to a network of certified professionals. This passion for wines comes from my origins (born in Champagne) and family. A son & grand son of winegrowers, I understand the challenges to produce high quality champagnes. By creating a network of skilled professionals that we call Wine Ambassadors and crafting high quality champagnes with both Carbon and Pol Couronne, I have developped a distribution network that has long term view. We give a great support to our importers to be successful while launching new brands in their country. I dedicated most of my time to travel around the world to set up key successful distribution strategies and to do business developments for high end luxury brands (like champagne CARBON for example that we successfully launched and raised to the Formula 1 podiums). My financial and law background helps a lot to overcome all challenges of developing brands in a fast pace environment and fierce competition. I am also in charge of developing our website and all marketing tools related to the promotion of wines and spirits.
