Update at June 2023: From my role as Supervising OD & C Consultant, I offer times for consulting supervision services with groups and individuals. Two types of services are available:"scholarly practice supervision"(professional fees, flexible dates, in person and/or at a distance, on-going) and "accessible practical supervision"(modest price, fixed slots, video consultation, shorter term). I blend inter-related issues from my Kurt Lewin influenced 'total life space' model: clinical and practice supervision, shadow consultancy, role and career analysis, practice and business development and postgraduate research advice. My group consultations provide an enhanced blend of inter-related issues emerging from my 'domain and agenda' model: role clarification, division of labour and authorisation, positioning change and technical expertise, cross-boundary and cross-specialism issues, action learning, process consultation and team development. Recently, I accepted a three-year part-time honorary post as Senior Research Fellow at Christ Church Business School, Canterbury, UK.
