Experienced VMware and Windows Systems Administrator with unique leadership characteristics and several years of technical experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and technical troubleshooting across various roles and organizations. In my recent role as a Business Systems Administrator at BT Americas Inc, I took on a wide range of responsibilities, which included, Automated Windows Update deployment via SCCM, Virtualization using XenServer, Windows 10 image creation and management using MDT and PXE server, End-user support, Project management for SharePoint upgrades, and Vulnerability mitigation using Nexpose monitoring and Zabbix reporting tools. Additionally, I have a proven track record in establishing operational excellence, and efficiently standardizing and revamping group policies to enhance system performance, and designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows-based systems. Throughout my career, I have always been commended for achieving consistent excellence in all of the roles I have worked in. I have been a high achiever and a performance-driven team player with a collaborative approach to developing useful IT operational strategies. My Technical Skill-stack: I have extensive knowledge of workspace management technologies such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, DNS, DHCP, Firewall, SCCM management, Endpoint Protection, BitLocker, XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, SharePoint, Citrix, Cisco Call Manager, Exchange, Batch/PowerShell scripting knowledge, ServiceNow, Remedy AR, Zabbix, and Nexpose, amongst several other tools. My goal and skillset: I am an exceptional team leader and always work in a high-performance mode. Whenever possible, I look for opportunities to immerse myself in a challenging environment where I could use my leadership and IT infrastructure management skills and experience to drive organizational goals.
