This comes from 15 years in tech (I was president of a software company), plus 11+ years as a career strategist helping hundreds of professionals navigate transitions to work that matches their strengths. I've spent the last 2.5 years learning generative AI, prompt engineering, and workflow automation but more importantly, learning how to teach these skills in ways that actually stick. I'm based in Calgary and work with local businesses in person while coaching professionals globally. What makes this different is that it's practical, not theoretical. Career-aligned, not fear-based.
