And the expectations your employees bring to work every day. Yet many benefit programs were designed years ago and have simply carried forward. Renewed annually. Adjusted around pricing. But rarely rethought as the firm grows. I work with HR and finance leaders at professional services firms across Canada to help them build benefit and retirement programs that support the long-term health of their organizations. Law firms, accounting firms, consulting firms and other professional partnerships operate in a very different environment than most businesses. High expectations. Demanding clients. Top talent that has options. Your benefits program plays a bigger role in that environment than most realize. Before entering insurance I worked as a golf professional and later in sales with Mondelez. Those experiences shaped how I approach advising today. My role is not simply placing a benefits plan. It is helping leadership teams think through plan design, cost management, employee education and long-term program sustainability. Today I work with organizations typically ranging from 50 to 200 employees, helping ensure their benefits and retirement programs remain competitive, well understood and aligned with the expectations of their workforce.
