My background includes executive-level leadership, organizational strategy, team development, and operational execution—skills I now apply in both church and consulting contexts. For the past decade, I’ve served in full-time ministry and currently lead as the Sr. Executive Pastor at Life Fellowship Church, a rapidly growing, multi-campus church in McKinney, Texas (North Dallas). In this role, I oversee strategic planning, staff development, finances, and ministry operations, helping to drive healthy growth and build high-impact teams. With built-in margin and flexibility in my current role, I actively coach and consult pastors, executive leaders, and teams—both in churches and other organizations. I’m passionate about helping leaders gain clarity, align vision with strategy, and build thriving, mission-driven cultures.
