About Jeff Clark

As a career relationship builder and highly successful fundraising professional, my mission has always been to help organizations provide opportunities for their constituents to become the best versions of themselves. I focus on building programs that will reach goals, assembling and mentoring teams that will energetically contribute to and carry out the plan, and leading by example. My confidential relationships with high net worth donors help them meet their short and long term philanthropic goals, even when they need help figuring out what those are. I am also known to bring a positive and upbeat energy to individual and group meetings which has led me to be a highly requested speaker, MC, and public voice of the organizations I represent. The passion I show for the cause when I speak shows donors I am a trusted and loyal ally to them and also to the organization. In College, I did not know what my career path would be. What I did know, and still do, is it had to matter. It was natural gravity that led me to help organizations focused on solving societal problems and individual challenges. As a college athlete, I was highly motivated for success and determined to do the work to achieve it. Those traits are still alive and thriving inside me, but what I have learned along the way is it takes more than hard work. I learned very early not simply to complain about the problem or challenge, and instead, to focus on the solution. Often, practicing the art of collaboration and compromise is the key to a winning solution. And I am an ardent believer in the win/win scenario. When I grew up on the farm helping my father, I learned a great many lessons. One summer day after I did a job in a particularly sloppy and incomplete way, he asked me, “If you don’t have time to do something the right way this time, when will you?” It stuck with me.
