About Jeff Cochran

Jeff Cochran is an Agile/LEAN methodology expert who specializes in translating strategy into tangible work packages across different verticals, chiefly Telco and Financial Services. He has more than 15 years of experience leading complex technical implementations spanning Salesforce and other CRM systems, eCommerce, Middleware, and next-generation technology platforms. In his role with Aeoflex Technology Group, Jeff routinely oversees complex Salesforce implementations including Sales and Service Cloud, Communities and custom application development, the establishment of Salesforce centers of excellence and adoption of Agile best practices. Previously, Jeff oversaw the implementation of an Agile culture, driving effort with key business executives to build a strategic, multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap to underpin business transformation for a growing financial services organization. Prior to this, Jeff led integration design and implementation for the largest Telco eCommerce platform deployment in Canada and oversaw a team of 60+ resources to implement a new strategic cutting-edge, middleware platform based on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). He led the end-to-end Agile adoption and implementation, development efforts and integration of this middleware platform with the selected eCommerce vendor. Jeff led a team of Product Owners translating web application requirements into consumable work features for middleware. Jeff has also led solution delivery strategy planning for integration of a next-generation television services platform into new eCommerce, Billing and CRM systems, led program and security standards implementation strategy. He has led design and execution effort for infrastructure migration from a physical hardware ecosystem to a custom IBM Cloud product to support next-generation technologies, and Program-Managed an $18MM portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple business units and feature-sets.
