About Jeff Engh

Over the course of my career in Human Resources, I have been taught and have had many life lessons about how to be successful. But the one thing that stands out to me the most, is that in order to truly succeed in your position, you need to surround yourself with a great company and an even better team where you can help each other reach goals and push each other to new heights. When this happens, success is only measured in how far you dare go. I am an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry. Skilled in conflict resolution, people and process improvement strategy, content development, and employment law. The “grey area” or “it depends” answers in HR are where I like to spend time to see what new directions can be taken and what new strategies can be devised. The one thing I love best about the world of HR, is it never gets old. Every day is faced with new challenges, new goals, bigger problems to solve and better solutions for those hard to navigate areas. I am never bored and look forward to new challenges to keep me engaged.
