About Jeff Evans

I’m the founder and CEO of Envision Global Leadership (EGL), a firm dedicated to transforming leaders and accelerating organizational performance through purpose, presence, and data-driven insight. Throughout my career—as an academic, consultant, and coach—I’ve worked with CEOs and executive teams across Super Majors, ultra-large government agencies, SMBs, and nonprofits. I hold a PhD in Educational Human Resource Development, am a Master Certified Coach (MCC), and have designed three ICF-accredited coach training programs. I’ve also served as an Associate Professor at the University of Houston and as adjunct faculty at UC Berkeley and Texas A&M. My work blends the strategic with the soulful. Fascinated by the arc of leadership evolution, I’ve authored books and articles on the subject, including The Ten Tasks of Change and Inspirational Presence. This inquiry led to the creation of the ALII System (Actionable Leadership Intelligence Instrument), now patent-protected. ALII uses behavioral data and AI to assess leadership resonance and predict organizational impact—at scale and with precision. To make these insights practical and affordable, I developed SuccessionNAV: a predictive engine that evaluates leadership pipeline strength and forecasts behavioral fit for key roles. It’s now used across industries to reduce bias, accelerate development, and support boards in making smarter, faster decisions.
