I’m an international education consultant and leadership coach with over 20 years of experience helping schools, investors, and government agencies achieve excellence through strategic improvement, accreditation, and leadership development. I work with school owners, boards, and senior leaders to: Build and license new international schools Conduct feasibility and market studies Strengthen inspection and accreditation outcomes (COBIS, BSO, IB, WASC, NEASC) Design leadership development and coaching programs Create sustainable improvement strategies aligned with federal frameworks During my time as Program Manager for School Improvement with the Abu Dhabi Education Council, I partnered with 40+ principals and headteachers to raise school performance across the emirate. I co-founded and co-chaired a regional principals’ association connecting 58 schools — fostering collaboration, innovation, and shared best practice. Before that, I spent over 15 years in principal and headship roles across leading international schools in Europe, the GCC, and Asia. Working within COBIS, BSME, NABSS, and FOBISIA networks, I led diverse teams, improved outcomes, and developed leadership talent across multiple curricula and contexts.
