I have experience in strategic planning, recruitment, and selection of staff and support staff, budgeting and budget preparation (city and school), capital improvement needs assessment, equipment assessment, master scheduling, conflict resolution with staff, professional development, completion of reports for local, state and federal submission, grant writing, and working with diverse groups and individuals. I consider myself very proficient with technology. I feel I have a visionary perspective, effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to motivate, integrity, ability to work with all persons, a collaborative administrative style, a sense of humor, tolerance, fairness, openness, flexibility, and friendliness. I am committed to successfully work will all individuals as a team member. I have high expectations for myself as well as those I would be working within this position.
