About Jeff Hunter

An independent consultant delivering and facilitating transformational workshops. With substantial experience within the Human Resources and Training and Development field, I have an in-depth understanding of the impact that employee performance has on the success or profitability of an organization. During my career, I have managed extremely large teams, designed and implemented new and improved operational systems to further support the businesses success as well as effectively controlling multi-million dollar budgets. Along the journey, I’ve witnessed the stresses of the workplace and the impacts negative actions & behaviours have on the organizations bottom line and even more importantly the mental states of the team. As a Manager, I found little in terms of programs to support staff with mental wellness, emotional stability and healing. While learning the arts of teaching Life skills, Life Coaching, Indigenous ceremonial healing, Akashic records healing and Soul Mastery, I decided to develop a workplace program to deal with the stresses, negative behaviours and anxiety. That is how Clear to Manifest, and Unity in the Workplace Workshop was created. I thrive on learning and implementing new ideas, turning challenges to solutions and helping the people be the best they can be.
