About Jeff McClaran

I’m a builder—of organizations, systems, and opportunities that create durable, long-term impact.I currently serve as the Executive Director of God Said Go Missions, a nonprofit working in Guatemala and across Latin America to serve families suffering from extreme generational poverty. Our work includes mobile medical clinics, education initiatives, children’s programs, pastoral training, and the development of Centro Médico Vida Plena—a sustainable medical center model designed to strengthen and expand access to healthcare in underserved communities.Alongside my nonprofit work, I am the Founder of Cresenia Global, Inc, a U.S-based company that manages multiple international operating businesses. Cresenia Global exists to build, acquire, and steward mission-aligned companies in developing markets, with a focus on job creation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. My leadership style is direct, systems-oriented, and execution-focused. I value clarity, accountability, and empowering local leadership to build solutions that scale and endure. Whether in nonprofit work or private enterprise, my aim is the same: to build organizations that work, grow responsibly, and create meaningful opportunity for others.I’ve spent much of my life living and working cross-culturally, particularly in Latin America, and I’m passionate about sustainable models that combine purpose with strong operations. If you’re interested in- Emerging-market entrepreneurship and investment- Sustainable nonprofit and social-impact models- Building scalable systems across borders- Faith-driven leadership with practical executionI welcome thoughtful conversations and long-term partnerships.
