Helped new hires on OASIS and BSS teams learn the intricacies of job and workflow. Facilitated weekly evaluation for each mentee I was recently granted two US Patents as primary named inventor. The inventions leverage crowdsourcing and neural networks like ChatGPT to provide people with pinpoint relevant, curated results. The benefit is faster and more useful information, with dramatically less effort than Google searches.
