Network and Telecommunication Engineer with eighteen years of experience and a strong technical background working in large, multiple location, corporate settings. Responsibilities include designing, installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining telephony, networking, and all VoIP/Data related equipment. Strong skills in network design, documentation of topographies in MS Visio and creation of End- user manuals. Networking experience includes installing and maintaining Cisco switches and routers, HP switches and Sonicwall and Cisco Firewalls. Support of LAN/WAN environments (including remote user access), IKE Policies with PKI, TCP/IP, and VoIP. Trained in Layer 3 routing protocols (RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, BGP, EIGRP and OSPF), Layer 2 switching (VPN, VTP, pruning and spanning tree), and wireless access points (802.11b, 802.11a, 802.11g and 802.11n).
