As an ICF Master Certified Coach, I, Jeff Staggs, am devoted to enhancing the potential of high-caliber talent, including senior executives and board members, within global Fortune 500 companies. With extensive experience from working with hundreds of leaders, I have obtained a profound understanding of the unique challenges they face and the key elements necessary for sustainable leadership within complex global organizations. As Head of Coaching Curriculum at Positive Intelligence, LLC, I am at the forefront of designing and implementing the groundbreaking Positive Intelligence® coaching curriculum. I am leading coaching innovations within the PQ® framework, aiming to set new standards in the coaching world. The PQ® model, and PQ® Coaching Life Cycle, are designed to transform coaching curriculum and certification processes, enabling coaches to conduct transformative sessions that drive actionable and lasting growth in their clients. My coaching approach goes beyond mere professional development; it is about instilling a level of performance and balance in my clients reminiscent of an athlete's journey from silver to gold. This approach has proven effective across various sectors, demonstrating the universal value of leadership, resilience, and progression, all founded on the principles of Positive Intelligence. As a founder and former board member of The Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO), I have been deeply committed to extending the reach and influence of coaching. The CCO aims to unleash human potential within organizations through coaching and by fostering a coaching mindset, making coaching and coach training more accessible to diverse groups and nonprofits, thereby underscoring coaching's transformative power for all individuals. From the inception of coaching as a professional field, I have been at its forefront. I was a pioneer in establishing the first coaching organization, which was instrumental in the formation of the International Coaching Federation. I contributed to testing the original ICF Competencies, developing the original MCC competencies, and was part of the examination team for over a decade. My academic contributions include roles at The Coaches Training Institute, the University of Miami, the University of St. Thomas, and CCO. In my relentless pursuit, I remain dedicated to empowering coaches and leaders to confidently face new challenges and reach new pinnacles in both performance and personal achievement. Leveraging Positive Intelligence, I continue to challenge the status quo in coaching and leadership.
