About Jeff Straub

As the owner of Leeward Solutions, LLC, I leverage my extensive experience and credentials in multi-media production and emergency management to create captivating and engaging content across various platforms and to provide expert consulting and coaching services to clients in the healthcare, public safety, and disaster response sectors. With over 29 years of frontline experience, I am a Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) with a proven track record of leading and planning successful emergency management and disaster response programs and operations at the local, state, and federal levels. I have developed and led the first Hospital Emergency Response Team (HERT) in South Carolina, participated in over 70 multi-agency full-scale exercises, and served on numerous executive and advisory boards and committees in the field. I am also a US Navy veteran with a background in emergency combat medicine. My passion is to use my creativity and expertise to craft high-quality and impactful media experiences that seamlessly integrate different mediums, such as print, digital, music, and video production. I use state-of-the-art technology and stay at the forefront of industry trends to ensure that my productions are visually stunning, sonically rich, and technologically advanced. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge and skills with others, and empowering them to enhance their preparedness and resilience through effective planning, training, and coaching.
