About Jeff Thibert

Jeff Thibert is a Public Sector Procurement and Project Management professional based at Linck Child, Youth and Family Supports, a multi-service publicly funded organization. Jeff’s knowledge and expertise is also leveraged across other non-profit organizations in SW Ontario for larger procurement projects as well as in providing consultative direction and strategy. With experience ranging from day to day purchasing to large scale construction projects, RFP, RFQ, RFT open tendering, contact management, building & property acquisition and sale, and large asset purchases Jeff brings a well-rounded portfolio to the table. Jeff is also an active member of the Ontario Public Buyers Association and has completed the OPBA Buyers Training and Exam Certification. With a strong working knowledge of the Ministry of Finance Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive, he ensures adherence in both Procurement activities and Policy development. Prior to Linck, Jeff spent 15+ years in the automotive industry specializing in the heavy truck market with Navistar International Truck and Engine Corporation. Jeff held a variety assembly operations management positions with a focus in Production Operations, Lean Materials Management, Supplier Development and Production Quality. Most recently, Jeff supported Navistar globally in a Production Operations Management role. He spent a year in a key role overseeing a joint venture production operation in Pune, India for domestic market truck manufacturing. From there, Jeff moved over to support the global manufacturing efforts in the Mexico and US market until deciding to focus on career development in SW Ontario.
