About Jefferson Vick

I enjoy the quote by Henry B. Eyring,"The scriptures make the danger of delay clear. It is that we may discover that we have run out of time. The God who gives us each day as a treasure will require an accounting." In my studies, a finance professor once told our class that accounting and finance are the storytellers of an organization. They are vitally important. I have over ten years of experience working in finance and accounting in both the academic sector and the energy sector. I enjoy working with individuals and organizations to help them better understand their past and plan for the future. I have developed budgets and forecasts ranging from to over $150 million. I have managed organization's labor/personnel with as little as 3 employees to an excess of 250 employees. I have a bachelor of science in economics, an MBA, and excel certifications. My style is to approach a project or task with the end goal in mind and lots of collaboration and communication from all parties. My strongest personality trait is needing the context of a situation and making my decisions based on facts and how they will affect others. I am seeking personal growth and contentment with any organization that I am a part of. My goal is to leave any place or anybody better than when I found them.
