About Jeffrey Lennon

I run a progressive management consultancy, delivering project management services across urban regeneration, community development, enterprise and entrepreneurship. My work draws on over a decade of experience of working in senior positions across public, private and third sector organisations. My work invites spatial considerations, architectural insight, conservation and heritage principles, whilst complimenting Transport, Highways and infrastructure demands. My commissions have overseen the development and successful delivery of transformative, locally focused regeneration programmes, with the specific objective of enhancing the quality of the physical environment across London. The results of my projects have positively influenced Town Centre (High Street) policy frameworks and strategies produced by a number of local authorities and the Greater London Authority. These initiatives projects have benefited from my close liaison with local people and organisations, Lead Councillors, Senior Executives, Developers and Freeholders, as well as urban design teams contractors and architects, characterised by an extensive knowledge and acute awareness of the internal complexities, demands and political requirements of local government. This experience is supported by an astute understanding of the importance of effective external stakeholder (community) engagement and consultation. My skills, knowledge and experience also inform my wider interests in the creative arts and culture, assessing the trends, and functionality of the urban environment, and combining these to deliver projects that encourage an appreciation and re-acquaintance with our city centres and neighbourhoods, and complimenting our human instinct and desire to share experience.
