I am a People and Culture professional with 14 years of experience spanning HR operations, DEI, employee experience, and admin. I’ve led national and global initiatives across corporate, consulting, and franchise sectors, partnering with leaders to deliver outcomes in recruitment, development, retention, and culture. My strengths include employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development, and policy design, underpinned by a proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and influence change. I’ve also led teams and know the importance of building an environment where people feel supported to do their best work. Some of the highlights of my career so far include leading DEI initiatives that reached thousands of employees, supporting leadership teams through organisational change, and shaping policies and processes that improved employee experience at scale. I’m currently undertaking postgraduate study in Human Resource Management to deepen my expertise and step into broader HR leadership roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Manager.
