I am a healthcare operations executive, nurse leader, and Certified Professional in Patient Safety with more than 20 years of experience across clinical practice, hospital operations, population health, quality improvement, and regulated healthcare programs. My work sits at the intersection of clinical credibility and operational execution. I help organizations turn strategy, data, and regulatory requirements into practical operating structures that teams can use. That includes building workflows, reporting routines, performance systems, learning networks, and accountability mechanisms that support consistent execution across complex healthcare environments. In my current role with Compass Healthcare Collaborative, I lead clinical operations and execution across federal and state-regulated healthcare initiatives. My work includes contract performance, compliance oversight, KPI monitoring, workflow standardization, subcontractor coordination, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional team leadership. My background includes hospital quality leadership, infection prevention, employee health, clinical program development, federal and state contract execution, opioid stewardship, behavioral health initiatives, patient safety, and care transformation. I am trained in Lean, Kaizen, and TeamSTEPPS, and I have presented nationally on quality improvement, patient safety, opioid stewardship, and healthcare improvement collaboration. I am most energized by work that strengthens healthcare systems, improves reliability, reduces preventable harm, and helps teams perform with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
