About Jen Pinto

Jen is an HR Executive, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Published Conference Presenter, and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant with over 22 years of corporate experience. Her personal mission is to be the light that helps guide others through the path of life. Jen fulfills that mission by providing in-person and virtual people strategy consulting and coaching services to leaders and organizations that help them leverage their strengths, address challenges, and overcome adversities to achieve success. Jen has forged strong partnerships with organizations throughout her career to strengthen their culture by designing and implementing strategic people programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career management. She also worked one-on-one with leaders on transforming their paradigms to unleash their potential and that of their teams. Jen has facilitated hundreds of sessions ranging from strategic planning to team building to coaching for managers and has presented on various topics such as resilience, overcoming adversity, and taking control of your career to groups of over people. Jen is certified in the Hogan, MBTI, EQ-i, EQ360, Everything DiSC, and Five Behaviors instruments and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member. She has an MBA from Florida International University, a Bachelor in Human Resources Management from Florida Atlantic University, and an Organization Development Certificate from the NTL Institute. She is also a Doctoral candidate for a PsyD in Leadership Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience.
