Experienced and passionate mental health clinician with a feminist, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. In my current role, I primarily work with women and gender-diverse people who have experienced abuse in intimate relationships. I tend to integrate modalities like CFT, DBT, and ACT with somatic and parts-based approaches. I believe that the most healing component of psychotherapy is the relationship we build in-session, which is then reflected in the individual’s relationship to self. As a social worker my work is inherently political and centres around health equity, racial justice and abolitionist frameworks. None of us are free until all of us are free.
