I am a Teacher with experience in Teacher Training, Staff Development and Educational Leadership. I also have a passion for Differentiated Instruction adults and young children. My goals as an educator for DHH students is to meet my student where they are in their communication so I utilize an Oral/Aural Approach, Total Communication approach, Coded English with the Bi-Bi culture.
