About Jennifer Greenleaf

I am a servant leader with a rich history of program management. My experience is broad having served in large church, small church, and mobile ministry contexts. I was called into full time church leadership out of a successful business career in the technical services industry. I rose to the position of Principle and worked as as Program Manager, overseeing the contributions of over 100 employees. I have particularly enjoyed leveraging my leadership acumen within a ministry context. I am skilled in Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Team Building, Volunteer Recruitment, Volunteer Training, Volunteer Management, Public Speaking, Teaching all ages, Pastoral Care, and Outreach. I am a creative, thoughtful leader who is deeply committed to helping others develop their gifts and skills. In addition to extensive leadership training, I have a Bachelor of Arts in History from The College of William and Mary. I learned how to think critically and logically, and to communicate well both orally and in writing while earning this degree. These skills have applied to every job I’ve had and serve me well to this day.
