About Jennifer Martello

With over a decade of culinary experience, my mission is to elevate the food industry through innovation and quality. At Sevillo Fine Foods, my focus is on product development and culinary support, ensuring every dish meets impeccable standards. My Six Sigma certification aligns with the company's drive for excellence, as I apply meticulous attention to detail to ingredient sourcing and product testing. My goal is to bring diverse culinary perspectives that resonate with Sevillo's culture of gastronomic distinction. Since joining Sevillo Fine Foods in April 2024, my role as a Culinary Support Chef has involved collaborating closely with the sales team to commercialize new products, create compelling menu concepts, and prepare engaging presentations. My responsibilities also encompass conducting sample runs and providing cooking support, all while maintaining the highest levels of food safety. This position leverages my expertise as a product specialist and my proficiency in culinary, honed through my prior experience in showroom sales and as a private chef.
