About Jennifer Mudrick

I have worked in the Title Industry since 2005. I have the ability to work in all areas from Title clearance to Post closing. However, My strongest skill set is problem solving and research. I have worked along side legal departments with several title companies to resolve claims that were filed due to lien position issues. I have been assigned to work on projects that required me to research and resolve recording errors. Recently in 2020 I left the title industry and started a new career in Relocation. The past two years I have gained knowledge in the other side of the Real Estate industry by learning the process of a real estate transaction. I currently support our Property and Policy Counselors in assigning the real estate agents who will aid in the purchase and sale of our clients homes. The main component in my current position is to aid in helping to ensure a smooth move for our clients employees during their relocation process.
