About Me: I'm a licensed teacher in Wisconsin, with licensing in several Sciences and English Language Arts for grades 4-12, with a focus on Biology. I hold an M.Ed. in Digital Age Learning and Educational Technology from Johns Hopkins University. Current Role: I am a STEM Interventionist for CESA #1. I work in classrooms to support teachers, provide support and instruction to individual students, work with small groups, analyze data and develop intervention strategies, and conduct study skills and ACT study sessions. Recent Experience: At Central City Cyberschool I worked to develop a new, interdisciplinary, project-based, and technology-driven high school on the North side of Milwaukee. It allowed me to hone my administrative skills, enhance education methods, and push the boundaries of pedagogy. At NOVA High School, I served as the Science and Computer Science lead, and took on the role of Director of Virtual Learning, spearheading the development of our virtual learning program. I worked closely with students and staff to create innovative instructional tools and pedagogy that catered to our community's diverse needs. Previous Career: Before my teaching journey, I worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant for The Gazette and Local Matters Digital, where I collaborated with local, regional, and national businesses to create effective marketing campaigns across various platforms. 🤝 Let's Connect: I'm always eager to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
