About Jennifer Sutherland

To date I have enjoyed a successful career, mainly supporting change and transformation in a large multisite organisational environment. I have held a variety of progressive roles ranging from new operational team development (with up to 30 staff), to specialist project management roles focussed on implementing service developments, digital transformation. My responsibilities typically surround team building, planning and effective delivery of change, managing stakeholders and communications. I currently work for DWP Digital as a Business Manager for a Deputy Director. In addition to this role, I also regularly support the Digital Executive Team as secretariat for the most senior DWP Executive Team meeting and also act as cover for the Chief Digital Information Office, regularly travelling to London. I am an active member of the Change Management Institute and conscious my experience and skills are increasingly valuable across other industries. I am looking for an opportunity to contribute in a management role aligned with my interests in developing contemporary and efficient organisations with a well-motivated executive team.
